Kristie Phillips
General Counsel – Corporate Operations
Kristie serves as General Counsel of Farm Credit Mid-America. In her current role, she oversees support for the Association’s corporate functions. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Leadership Team, Corporate Secretary and Standards of Conduct Official for the Association.
Kristie began her Farm Credit career as Senior Counsel in 2019 and expanded her responsibilities to Associate General Counsel preceding her current role. Prior to joining Farm Credit, she served as General Counsel for a healthcare company and in private practice representing clients in complex litigation cases.
She holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville.
When not at work, Kristie enjoys spending time with her husband, David, and two daughters, Margaret and Mary Katherine, traveling and attending University of Louisville sporting events.
